Meet The Owner

Yvette Emard

With more than four decades of experience in marketing, promotions, event leadership, and nonprofit management, I’ve built a career rooted in connecting people with purpose and community. My work spans corporate marketing, large-scale public events, franchise leadership, and mission-driven organizations—each role shaped by thoughtful strategy, creative execution, and a deep belief in the power of relationships.

I began my professional journey as a franchise owner of John Robert Powers Modeling and Talent Schools, an experience that sparked my passion for marketing, branding, and public engagement. Building and promoting a business from the ground up taught me the importance of purposeful directives, meaningful messaging, and investing in people—foundational lessons that have guided my work ever since.

Throughout the 1990s and early 2000s, I led marketing initiatives for regional shopping centers and automotive brands, helping drive foot traffic, strengthen brand visibility, and building customer loyalty through innovative, community-centered campaigns. As Mall Marketing Director for two shopping centers, I produced numerous events from concept to completion, with creative marketing productions to achieve measurable, lasting results.

Alongside this work, I co-directed and led marketing and promotion for long-running community and entertainment events, including the renowned Thunder on the Lot, a role I was honored to hold for nearly two decades. Over a period of 23 years, these efforts helped raise more than $5 million for more than 30 local children’s charities. I also co-founded GraceFest, Antelope Valley’s premier music and message festival, bringing nationally recognized Christian artists to the region and growing the event from a local gathering into a respected regional experience with enduring community impact.

In recent years, my focus has expanded into nonprofit leadership, serving as Executive Director for two organizations dedicated to supporting children, families, and faith-based community development. Whether leading charitable initiatives or managing complex projects, my approach stems from decades of experience and successful outcomes. Event production is a complex wheel of puzzle pieces that when executed with integrity and measurable results, the experience can be distinctly successful.

Today, I bring a unique blend of marketing expertise, knowledge, and community vision to every project I take on—always with intentions of creating meaningful connections that bring the success you’re expecting with enduring impact.
